Nadia Assad Health and Fitness Coach

Nadia is a Palestinian-American born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She has a B.A in Dance from San Francisco State University and studied Nutrition and Pilates. She is a health and fitness coach with Team Beachbody and is pursuing a career in Fitness and Nutrition. Nadia spent a year in Chicago, IL with family and being active in the Palestinian community fighting for the Palestinian cause. Nadia is the Project Manager of the Chicago Palestine Film Festival, a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the stories of Palestine through films and a committee member of The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (SF Chapter), a non-profit organization dedicated to healing children from all parts of the Middle East with the medical treatment that they need. Nadia stays active in San Francisco and Chicago with Palestine in her heart. She plans to return to Chicago to find a career in Dance and Fitness and continue to advise and educate people
