I'm 6 weeks pregnant, everybody tells me I shouldn't do any kind of sports now. Is this true? how can I be active during my pregnancy without hurting my baby?

Congratulation and the best of luck for the coming month.Sport is good before, during and after pregnancy. There are no restrictions especially at this early gestation, the pregnancy is very well protected inside your pelvis. Nothing will hurt your baby You can swim, cycle, run or do yoga
