Ingredients

Salad Ingredients:

  • 10 Tbsp. Labaneh Jerasheye
  • 10 pieces Walnut Halves (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. Zaatar (dried thyme)
  • 1 head of a Beet
  • 1 Lettuce head (Boston lettuce, oak leaf, iceberg, romaine...etc.) or mix different kinds.
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 pieces Walnut Halve

Raspberry Dressing Ingredients:

  • 5 Tbsp. Raspberry Jam
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • half squeezed lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Blend the labaneh, walnuts and zaatar together.
  • Make into small balls.
  • Refrigerate
  • Mix lettuce, cherry tomatoes, beets and walnuts.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients
  • Pour dressing over the Salad, then add the Labaneh Balls.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
