Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 ml) hot water
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 400g apricot leather (1 pack), or 400g dried apricots
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 tsp. orange blossom (optional)
Method
- Combine the hot water and sugar in a large bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolved.
- Cut the apricot leather into pieces and soak in the sugar water above, overnight in the fridge.
- The next day, pour the apricot leather and the water into a blender or a food processor and puree with the orange blossom.
- add the remaining 3 cups cold water and mix well
- Refrigerate until served.
