Ingredients

  • Tomatoes cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped Parsley
  • 1 chopped celery stick
  • Juice from 2 Lemons
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 red Paprika (optional)
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves (or more)
  • Salt and cumin powder according to taste

Method

  • In a small food processor mix all ingredients, except tomatoes till they are all combined. (they do not have to be very fine ).
  • In a plate place tomatoes and cover each slice with part of the marinade. Cover with a plastic film, and put in the fridge for an hour before serving.
