Ingredients
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Red Beans
- 1 Red Pepper Cut into small pieces
- 1 Avocado cut into small cubes
- 1 Mango Cut into small cubes
- 3 Green Onions chopped
- 1 small lettuce chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1 lemon (Juice)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and White Pepper to taste
Method
- Mix All ingredients except the lettuce. Combine well.
- Place the lettuce first on the plate and then add the Mixed ingredients
- Season with Salt and Pepper
