Ingredients

  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Red Beans
  • 1 Red Pepper Cut into small pieces
  • 1 Avocado cut into small cubes
  • 1 Mango Cut into small cubes
  • 3 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 small lettuce chopped
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1 lemon (Juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and White Pepper to taste

Method

  • Mix All ingredients except the lettuce. Combine well.
  • Place the lettuce first on the plate and then add the Mixed ingredients
  • Season with Salt and Pepper
