Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (17.5 ounces) package ladyfingers
- 6 Tbsp. warm water
- 4 Tbsp. espresso
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder, for dusting
Method
- In a bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold Cream Cheese and sugar in the whipped cream and set aside.
- Mix the espresso with water and dip the lady fingers into the mixture just long enough to get them wet, do not soak them!
- Arrange the lady fingers in the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish (or Individual cups)
- Spoon half the cream cheese cream filling over the lady fingers.
- Repeat process with another layer of lady fingers and cream.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa before serving
