Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe tomato.
- A handful of ripe cherry tomatoes.
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and thinly slice
- A handful of chopped lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber.
- chopped 1 green pepper.
- sliced 1 handful fresh dill.
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves.
- A handful of Kalamata olives
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons red vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Feta cheese
Method
- Mix everything together, toss in the dressing then crumble over the feta cheese.
