How to Make Cauliflower Rice?

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 Tb coconut oil (olive oil or any kind you prefer)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder Salt & white pepper, to taste
- Any spices or sauces can be added such as coriander, soy sauce, onion powder ...etc.
Method
- Chop the cauliflower head into small florets>
- Grate the florets with a food processor or your grater on the coarse side.
- To a large skillet, on medium heat, add the coconut oil then add the grated cauliflower for 2 mins.
- Put the lid on the skillet & reduce the heat to low.
- Let the cauliflower cook for 6-7 mins, stirring occasionally. Let it cook until it's tender & slightly golden brown.
- Add the garlic powder, salt & pepper or any other spices and enjoy!
