Ingredients
1 cup almond milk 1 cup spinach (or kale) 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds 1 frozen ripe banana 1 Tbsp. goji berries (dried) 1 Tbsp. cocoa nibs 1 Tbsp. chia seeds 2 dates, pitted 3-4 ice cubs (optional)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
