Ingredients
- 1 Banana Frozen (Peel and slice it then freeze it)
- 1 cup Frozen berries (your choice of berries)
- 3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
For toppings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- Your choice of fruits
- Granola
Method
- Add the berries and frozen banana to a blender and mix well
- Add coconut or almond milk, then blend again on low speed
- The mix is ready, you can top it with chia seeds, coconut, fruits of your choice, granola or even some peanut butter
