Vegan Mango Coconut Chia seeds – Refined Sugar Free

Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Mango cut into small pieces
- 2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup or honey (for non-vegan option)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp Coconut flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for mangoes, whisk until well combined and let it sit for about 15 minutes
- Mix one more time, cover and keep it overnight in the fridge. If you want to serve it quickly, just keep it at least an hour in the fridge.
- Before serving, remove from bowl, layer some chia seed pudding in the glass then add a layer of mangoes, alternate layers until the glass is filled and end it with sliced mangoes
- you can add some coconut flakes on top or some maple syrup
