My son has a language delay I want to know if this issue will affect him in anyway in the future.he is on treatment now and I do my part at home as well he is 3 years and 9 months. Another question can He speak two languages at the same time ?

This all depends on the treatment plan, goals and how far is the child making progress with the treatment, in addition to the frequency of the sessions the child is taking per week.
Some children with language delay might develop reading and writing difficulties, depending on several factors and the severity of the language delay.
Also, the child can be exposed to more than one language from an early age as long as the environment is structured; meaning that a child can be exposed to a first language at home (mother tongue) and a second language in therapy and school.
