Teeth usually do not come decayed. Usually decay starts if milk, whether breastfed or through bottle, stays on teeth during the night. It could also be milk deposits and not decay what you're seeing so we advise you see a dentist for things to be clear and cleaning your child's teeth with toothbrush and without toothpaste before the age of 2 and with toothpaste after 2.
