I think my baby is colic, he is 3 weeks old, and keeps crying every night at the same time for 3 hours, what can I do? he is clearly in pain.

Most probably your baby is suffering from baby colic, which most babies in this age suffer from. You can try giving him anti gas drops such as Deflat, if he does not improve it is advised that you see your pediatrician and discuss options such changing your babys milk or checking the way you feed him and other possible causes.
