How can I take care of my stitches after a vaginal delivery?

  The vagina has very good blood supply and post delivery heal well and don't need much care. Keeping the area clean and dry is the most important thing. If you notice foul smelling discharge or unusual pain you need to call you Doctor The stitches are always absorbable and don't need to be removed
