Seafood Soup with Cream

Ingredients
- 300 gm of mixed seafood
- 200 gm mussels Some shrimp shells (I usually freeze them for this kind of soup) (or you can use 2 Cubes of fish or vegetable stock)
- 1 Celery stick
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2-3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 200 ml cream
- Some freshly chopped parsley
- Green beans (optional) 750 ml Water
Method
- In a pot over medium heat, add water, shrimp shells (or fish stock cubes), onion, celery stick andthen let them simmer for 15 minutes.
- Drain the Soup and over medium heat add the mixed sea food and beans. Then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Dilute the corn starch in the cream and add it to the soup andthen bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat. Add Salt and Pepper at the end only when needed.
- Add the cooked mussels (cooked as mentioned above)
