How to make Mabrousheh and what ingredients do you need?

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons sugar 3 eggs 1 cup butter 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups jam, I like to use apricot Caster sugar for garnishing
Method
- Mix all ingredients together except the jam
- Divide into tow portions ¼ and ¾
- Use the ¾ of the mix and spread it in the tart pans
- Poke with a fork to avoid rising up.
- Spread the jam but avoid the sides as it will burn.
- Add some flour to the remaining ¼ till it forms a hard ball , using the grater, cover the top of the jam layer completely.
- Bake into preheated 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until it takes a beautiful golden brown color.
- Garnish it with castor sugar and serve hot with ce cream or cold later.
