Ingredients

A muffin tin Spray oil or butter Eggs Cheese Green peas (optional) Turkey (optional) Bacon (optional) Capsicum (optional) Tomatoes (optional) Olives (optional) Salt and pepper (optional)

Method

Step 1:   In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper Step 2: Grease the muffin tin and add the preferred stuffing (form the list above) to each muffin tin cup Step 3: Pour in the whisked eggs into the muffin tin cups and sprinkle shredded cheese on top  Step 4: Bake for 30 – 40 minutes, you can use a toothpick to make sure that the eggs are completely cooked.   Tip, since each muffin tin has at least 6 cups; you can easily make six different flavors all in one time, using different stuffing for each.
