Lunch Box of the week: Bear Toast

Ingredients

Toast slices Sandwich filling Seaweed (nori sheets) raw spaghetti food picks (optional)

Method

Step 1: Heat each toast slice in the microwave for 10 seconds only. Step 2:   Using a rolling pin flatten your toast slices. Step 3: Fill each slice with the desired filling as per your kid’s preference. Step 4: Roll the toast slice (each slice separately). Step 5: Using a small circle shaped cutter, cut two ears and a mouth for each sandwich  from a different shade of bread (usually the first slice in a toast loaf bag is a bit darker,  or you can use whole wheat slice instead). Step 6: Use raw spaghetti to fit in the ears, and cream cheese to glue the mouth.  Step 7: With fine scissors or paper puncher cut the eyes and mouth details from seaweed sheets glue them into your sandwich with cream cheese. Step 8: Use food picks if available to accessorize your bears J
