Ingredients
1 pkg 227g cream cheese, softened 2-3 cups powdered sugar 100 ml whipping cream 150 g frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained or just use fresh strawberries 1 tsp vanilla ready baked tart shells
Method
- In a mixer, mix berries till you have a smooth paste.
- Whip whipping cream till soft peak and set a side.
- Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Fold in whipping cream and berries.
