Cheese Burger Quesadillas

Ingredients
5 flour tortillas 1/4 kg ground beef 1 small onion, minced 3 Tbsp ketchup 1 1/2 Tbsp mustard 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce Salt, black pepper 2 cups cheddar and Montrery Jack cheese, grated 2 Tbsp butter Sliced tomatoes and chopped lettuce for garnish
Method
- In a large pan, cook meat until cooked all the way through and no longer pink
- Add the onion and stir for a couple of minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir for a couple of minutes
- Remove off heat and let it cool off for a couple of minutes
- Distribute filling on the flour tortillas equally making sure you only put the meat filling on one half of each tortilla as we will be folding these in half
- Distribute the cheese and fold
- In a non sticking pan, put a small amount of butter and brown your tortillas on both sides until heated through and cheese is melted
- Serve hot garnished with tomatoes and lettuce
