How to prepare a delicious Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
200 g fresh spinach, washed or 100 g frozen spinach 30 g Mini Pasta Shells 15 g butter (around 1/2 a table spoon) 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp cream cheese 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
Method
1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. 2. Carefully wash the spinach and cook with just a small amount of water in a saucepan or in a microwave over a low heat until tender. 3. Gently press out the excess water. If using frozen spinach, cook according to the package directions. 4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small frying pan and sauté the cooked spinach. 5. Combine the spinach with the milk and cheeses and chop finely in a food processor. 6. Mix with the cooked pasta.
