Ingredients
- nearly 300 gm Puff Pastry Sheets
- 250 ml cream (30% Fat )
- 750 ml Full cream Milk
- 1/2 to 1 Cup of Roasted Nuts & Raisins
- 3/4 cup Sugar Vanilla
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
- Cut the prepared Pastry Sheets into pieces and put in a large pan.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
- Over medium heat, heat together milk, cream (remove 3 Tbsp. for the topping) and vanilla.
- Keep stirring till they get warm to hot.
- Pour over the Puff Pastry, then cover top with the remaining 3 Tbsp. of cream.
- Enter the Oven for around 15 minutes till you have a Golden Brown top.
- Serving:
- Served Warm or cold (I prefer warm).
- You can add some extra milk if you had to heat it for seconds in Microwave because it gets thicker when it rests.
