Ingredients
- Tomatoes cut into slices
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped Parsley
- 1 chopped celery stick
- Juice from 2 Lemons
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 red Paprika (optional)
- 5-6 Garlic cloves (or more)
- Salt and cumin powder according to taste
Method
- In a small food processor mix all ingredients, except tomatoes till they are all combined. (they do not have to be very fine ).
- In a plate place tomatoes and cover each slice with part of the marinade. Cover with a plastic film, and put in the fridge for an hour before serving.
