Chicken Rolls in Puff Pastry

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts very thinly sliced 2 medium sized carrots (shredded) 250 g fresh mushroom (sliced) 2 cups thinly sliced of pepper (red, yellow, green) 1 large packet of puff pastry (thawed) 1 Tbsp. Flour or starch + 3 Tbsp. cooking cream (mixed) Salt, pepper to taste, garlic powder, paprika Dash of cinnamon 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Method
- Fry all vegetables in 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
- Remove all veggies from pan.
- Fry thinly sliced chicken breasts and add garlic powder and paprika
- Add all vegetables and chicken back in the pan
- Add cooking cream mixture
- Keep the stove on low heat until mixture thickens
- Lay out the Puff Pastry squares
- Fill the mixture into each square
- Spoon 1 tsp of mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture
- Roll it into a cigarette
- Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes
