Spaghetti with Mussels and Shrimps

Ingredients
- 500 gm Cooked Spaghetti in salted water
- 500 gm cooked Mussels
- 300 gm Shrimps
- 5 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 4-5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Scallions chopped (The amount you want)
- Paprika chopped (The amount and color you want)
- 1 Cup Olives (optional)
- Parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- In a large Pan, over medium heat, add Olive Oil, and Garlic and stir, till Garlic is yellow and soft.
- Add Shrimps and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked Mussels (with its Water) and season with Salt and Pepper and then mix well.
- Add the Scallions, Paprika, Olives and Parsley and then mix.
- You can add the Spaghetti to the Mussels and shrimps and then mix all together. Or add some Spaghetti to your dish and add the Mussels-Shrimps to it then mix directly.
Some tips:
- If you find your Spaghetti too dry, you can add a little bit of water, or olive oil.
- You can add whatever vegetables you prefer to this recipe.
- You can add cubes of Salmon Fish to this recipe as well, or remove shrimps and replace it by fish.
How to cooks mussels:
- Wash Mussels with running water
- Remove all opened Mussels (even if 1-2 mm open) or broken ones
- Remove the beards (that string coming out of it) with a knife (or a hand)
- Put in a large sized covered Pan over medium heat with minimal amount of water, salt, pepper and lemon.
- You can know they are done when all shells are open. (Nearly 5 minutes)
