Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 Can chickpeas
- ½ Can red beans
Method
- Heat the sunflower Oil then add onions, cumin, cinnamon for 5 min until brown
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas and red beans then add the onion mix and Blend until you get a dough
- Divide the mixture into 4 and bind into burger patties
- In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil, then carefully add the patty. Cook for 8 – 10 min on each side.
- Serve with Bread or alone with the side dish
