Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt 0.45 KG cucumber, peeled & sliced 1 onion, minced 1 garlic clove, minced ¼ tsp ground cumin Juice of 1 lemon 1-3 tsp fresh chopped dill Salt, to taste
Method
- In a blender, add yogurt, cucumber, onion, garlic, cumin, lemon juice & dill.
- Puree until smooth, 1-2 mins.
- Check seasoning and add salt if necessary.
- Chill at least an hour before serving.
