How to prepare a delicious Honey Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken thighs (you can also use chicken wings) 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbs oil White sesame seeds 1 1/2 tbs honey 1 tbs soy sauce or Tamari sauce for (Gluten free) 1 ts chili sauce 1 ts apple cider vinegar Pinch of salt

Method

  • Whisk Honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, apple cider vinegar and salt together.
  • Add garlic and honey marinade to the chicken, stir to combine well, leave for 30 minutes.
  • Heat up a skillet on medium heat, add oil. Transfer chicken to the skillet and cook on both sides, until they turn golden brown and cooked.
  • Add the remaining Marinade to the skillet, as soon as it thickens, turn off the heat, top with some sesame seeds and serve the chicken immediately.
  • note: You may also bake or grill this recipe. If baking, bake it at 400F for 20 minutes or until the chicken is slightly charred.
