Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- ½ Cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar for refined sugar free)
- ½ cup white sugar (or 2 tbsp maple syrup for refined sugar free)
- 1/3 Almond Milk
- ½ + ¼ cup All-purpose Flour + 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips (if you have vegan or dark chocolate chips)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- In a bowl, warm the almond milk then add the almond butter, vanilla, flax seeds, sugar and mix well until smooth. Tip: if you warm the almond butter before mixing it, it will be easier
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, corn starch. Then Add them to the nut butter mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Spray your brownie pan with non-sticky oil, then add the mix and bake for approximately 20 min
- Cool down before cutting and serving
