Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Freekeh
- 1 cup fresh mushroom (chopped)
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Salt & Pepper
- ¼ cup cooking cream
Method
- Sauté fresh mushrooms in melted butter
- Add Freekeh to the mushroom mixture
- Add cheeses, salt and pepper to taste
- Add cooking cream
- Layer in oven proof dish and cover with foil
- Heat up in oven for 10 - 15 minutes
- Serve hot
