Newborn Care: Umbilical cord care, Circumcision care, Nasal Care, Burping, Sleep Position, Jaundice and what it means, bathing and swaddling.
Promoting breastfeeding.
Importance of no shaking.
Common newborn findings: Skin issues (Mongolian spot, milia, erythema toxicum) and how to handle them.
Infant care: Preventing colic, use of water, vitamin D supplementation.
When to seek medical attention: fever, resp distress, etc.
Importance of maternal rest.
